- 4 chicken breasts, cooked
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 tube Ritz crackers
- 1 stick oleo
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seed
- Layer cut-up chicken, sour cream and chicken soup (which have been mixed) and cracker crumbs, ending with cracker crumbs.
- Add melted oleo and poppy seed on top.
- Bake at 325° for 25 minutes in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
