- 1 sheet puffed pastry
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- assorted sliced fruit
- Flour and roll to fit a small cookie sheet one sheet of puff pastry.
- Prick with fork before baking; bake according to directions.
- Mix cream cheese and sugar.
- Spread mixture on cooled pastry.
- Top with fresh peach slices, strawberries, blueberries, etc.
- Refrigerate before serving.
