Chinese Chicken

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb. boneless chicken breast
  2. 1/2 egg white
  3. 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  4. 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  5. 1 c. diced green pepper
  6. 3 Tbsp. diced red pepper
  7. 2 Tbsp. green onions
  8. oil
  9. 15 slices ginger
  10. 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  11. 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  12. 1/2 tsp. sugar
  13. 1/2 tsp. salt
  14. 1/4 tsp. sesame oil
  15. 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  16. 1 tsp. cornstarch

Directions

  1. Cut chicken into cubes.
  2. Add egg white, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
  3. Marinate for 1/2 hour.
  4. Deep fry and set aside.
