Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

  1. 1 gal. tomato juice
  2. 1 c. oil
  3. 4 to 5 hot peppers
  4. 3 lb. onions
  5. 2 full heads garlic
  6. 1 c. sugar
  7. 1/4 c. salt
  8. 5 large cans tomato paste
  9. 1 tsp. sweet basil

Directions

  1. Dice or place in blender, peppers, onions and garlic.
  2. Add to other ingredients and simmer 3 hours.
  3. Put in jars and seal. Makes about 16 pints.
