Ham Ball

Ingredients

  1. 2 cans chunky Hormel ham, drained
  2. 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  3. 1 tsp. mustard
  4. 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  5. 1 tsp. mayonnaise (or enough to mix)
  6. 1 Tbsp. onion, minced fine

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Roll into ball.
  3. Let cool about 1 hour, or until firm enough to be rolled in chopped nuts.
