Hot Bean Dip

Ingredients

  1. 1 (1 lb.) can pork and beans
  2. 1/4 c. shredded sharp processed cheese
  3. 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  4. 1/16 tsp. cayenne pepper
  5. 1 tsp. wine vinegar
  6. 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
  7. 4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled

Directions

  1. Mash beans; add remaining ingredients, except bacon.
  2. Heat over low flame.
  3. Sprinkle with bacon.
  4. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
  5. Makes 2 cups dip.
