Mystery Casserole



  1. 1/2 lb. ground beef
  2. 8 oz. tomatoes
  3. 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  4. salt and pepper to taste
  5. 2 thinly sliced potatoes
  6. 1/2 c. finely sliced celery
  7. 1 sliced onion


  1. Brown beef; add tomatoes, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. In casserole dish, place in layer. Cover with meat mixture and top with a layer of sliced potatoes. Cover and cook for about 1 hour at 350°.
  4. The last 10 minutes, sprinkle cheese on top and leave it in the oven until bubbly.
