Bundt Pan Blueberry Cake

Ingredients

  1. 1 c. soft butter
  2. 2 c. sugar
  3. 4 eggs
  4. 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  5. 1 tsp. vanilla
  6. 3 c. flour
  7. 1 pt. fresh blueberries

Directions

  1. Cream sugar, butter and eggs.
  2. Beat until fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla.
  4. Sift dry ingredients together (baking powder and flour). Reserve 1 cup of this mixture.
  5. Add remaining flour to batter mixture and beat well.
  6. Dredge blueberries in reserved flour mixture; fold this into batter.
  7. Pour into greased Bundt pan. Sprinkle top with a little sugar.
  8. Bake at 325° for approximately 1 hour.
