Chicken And Cheese Enchiladas



  1. 1 pkg. flour tortillas
  2. cooked and deboned chicken breasts
  3. 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  4. 1 can cream of chicken soup
  5. 1 small can evaporated milk
  6. grated Cheddar cheese


  1. Heat flour tortillas in microwave wrapped in paper towel.
  2. Put chicken breasts and grated cheese in tortillas.
  3. Mix soups and milk and pour over top of enchiladas.
  4. Bake at 350° for about 30 to 40 minutes.
  5. Top with more cheese on top and serve with sour cream.
