- 2 cans pinto beans
- 1 can nacho cheese soup
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 4 oz. Mozzarella/Cheddar cheese, grated
- Brown ground beef.
- Add taco seasoning per instructions on package.
- Drain pinto beans and heat in microwave, about 5 minutes on Medium.
- Mash beans and blend in cheese soup.
- Mix in completed taco meat. Top with cheeses.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
