Mexican Casserole

Ingredients

  1. 2 cans pinto beans
  2. 1 can nacho cheese soup
  3. 1 lb. ground beef
  4. 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  5. 4 oz. Mozzarella/Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef.
  2. Add taco seasoning per instructions on package.
  3. Drain pinto beans and heat in microwave, about 5 minutes on Medium.
  4. Mash beans and blend in cheese soup.
  5. Mix in completed taco meat. Top with cheeses.
  6. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
