Hearty Beef 'N Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  1. 4 c. frozen Tater Tots
  2. 1 lb. ground beef
  3. 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  4. 1 can French fried onions
  5. 1 medium tomato
  6. 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  7. 1/3 c. milk
  8. 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  9. 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  10. 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Place potatoes on bottom and up sides of 8 x 12-inch casserole dish.
  2. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 10 minutes.
  3. Brown beef in large chunks; drain.
  4. Place beef, broccoli, 1/2 can French fried onions and tomatoes in potato shells.
  5. Combine soup, milk, 1/2 cup cheese and seasonings; pour over beef mixture.
  6. Bake, covered, at 400° for 20 minutes.
  7. Top with remaining cheese and onions.
  8. Bake, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes longer.
