Icebox Fruit Cake



  1. 1 lb. box graham crackers
  2. 1 lb. marshmallows
  3. 1 lb. box raisins
  4. 1 c. milk
  5. 4 c. chopped pecans


  1. Roll graham crackers with rolling pin until very fine.
  2. Melt marshmallows and milk in a double boiler.
  3. Mix all other ingredients and pour melted marshmallows and milk over them.
  4. Mix well and pack in the cracker box and put in icebox 24 hours before cutting.
