Breakfast Of Champions

Ingredients

  1. 10 slices buttered sourdough bread
  2. 2 lb. sausage (I use links)
  3. 1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  4. 6 eggs
  5. 3 c. milk

Directions

  1. Place sourdough bread, cut in cubes, in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook sausage just until it changes color and arrange over bread.
  3. Then add cheese, salt and pepper over mixture in pan.
  4. Do not stir.
