Pork Tenderloin With Chutney
- 1 lb. boneless pork tenderloin
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1/4 c. mango chutney (or more if desired)
- salt and pepper to taste
- Cut meat into eight equal size pieces.
- Put butter in skillet on medium-high and brown pork.
- Put pork in shallow baking pan. Put whipping cream in skillet and scrape up brown bits.
- Stir in chutney.
- Mix well.
- Pour over pork.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
