Pork Tenderloin With Chutney



  1. 1 lb. boneless pork tenderloin
  2. 2 Tbsp. butter
  3. 1/2 c. whipping cream
  4. 1/4 c. mango chutney (or more if desired)
  5. salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cut meat into eight equal size pieces.
  2. Put butter in skillet on medium-high and brown pork.
  3. Put pork in shallow baking pan. Put whipping cream in skillet and scrape up brown bits.
  4. Stir in chutney.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Pour over pork.
  7. Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
