Rhubarb Charlotte

Ingredients

  1. 2 to 3 lb. rhubarb, stewed
  2. 1/2 c. brown sugar
  3. 1/2 c. white sugar
  4. 1 c. milk
  5. 1 Tbsp. ground ginger
  6. 1 c. sugar
  7. 1 c. flour

Directions

  1. Use brown and white sugars to sweeten rhubarb.
  2. Put stewed rhubarb in ovenproof dish.
  3. Mix together flour, sugar and milk. Pour resulting batter over fruit.
  4. Bake in a 400° oven for 45 minutes.
