Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

  1. 1 c. chunky peanut butter
  2. 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
  3. 3/4 c. sugar
  4. 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  5. 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
  6. 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  7. 1 prepared graham cracker crust
  8. 1/3 c. melted hot fudge topping

Directions

  1. Cream together peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar.
  2. Add butter and vanilla; blend.
  3. Fold in whipped cream until blended. Pour into a graham cracker crust.
  4. Chill 4 to 5 hours or until set.
  5. Drizzle top with hot fudge topping.
  6. Chill anywhere from 30 minutes to overnight.
