- 1 pkg. cake mix (yellow) "light"
- 2 (4 serving size) pkg. instant chocolate pudding (sugar free)
- 4 c. cold skim milk
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- Prepare cake mix as directed.
- Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan. Remove from oven.
- Poke holes in hot cake with end of wooden spoon, about 1-inch apart.
