Chicken And Sausage

Ingredients

  1. 1 (2 to 3 lb.) fryer
  2. 1 lb. link sausage
  3. 1 large onion, chopped
  4. salt
  5. pepper
  6. 1/8 c. oil

Directions

  1. Put oil in skillet; add sausage and chicken.
  2. Cook over medium heat adding 1/2 cup water at a time to keep from sticking.
  3. When chicken is 3/4 done, add onion, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook until onion is done.
  5. Add enough water to make gravy.
