Bacon And Egg Casserole Souffle

Ingredients

  1. 3 c. sage-onion stuffing cubes
  2. 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  3. 8 eggs, slightly beaten
  4. 3 c. milk
  5. 1/2 tsp. salt
  6. dash of pepper
  7. dash of onion salt
  8. 8 slices bacon

Directions

  1. Butter an 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer stuffing croutons and Cheddar cheese.
  3. Combine eggs, salt, pepper, onion salt and milk; mix until well blended.
  4. Pour over croutons and cheese.
  5. Fry bacon until crisp; drain.
  6. Break into bite size pieces and lay on top of casserole.
  7. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
  8. Serve immediately. Serves 8.
