Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients

  1. 1 (1 lb. 2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
  2. 1 c. hot water
  3. 1/2 c. corn oil
  4. 1/4 c. poppy seed
  5. 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding
  6. 4 eggs

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the poppy seed, in a bowl. Beat with a mixer for 4 minutes.
  2. Add poppy seed and stir in with a spoon.
  3. Spray bread pans with Pam.
  4. Pour batter into 2 regular or 4 small bread pans.
  5. Do not fill more than halfway (you will have a little left over).
  6. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
