Lite Spinach-Bacon Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  1. 1 doz. eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
  2. 1/2 c. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
  3. 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  4. 1/4 c. imitation bacon bits
  5. 2 1/2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  6. 2 Tbsp. margarine, softened (optional)
  7. 1 Tbsp. sugar
  8. 2 tsp. black pepper, ground
  9. 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
  2. Scoop out yolks into a small mixing bowl and mash with fork.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Spoon yolk mixture into white halves.
  5. Chill until ready to serve.
