Mexican Corn Bread

Ingredients

  1. 1 pkg. Martha White Mexican cornbread mix
  2. 1 can cream-style corn
  3. 3 eggs, beaten
  4. 1/3 c. oil
  5. 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  6. 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Pour into a greased 9 x 9-inch casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes or until done.
