Salmon And Macaroni Casserole

Ingredients

  1. 7 oz. macaroni
  2. 3 Tbsp. butter
  3. 3 Tbsp. flour
  4. 1 lb. can red salmon
  5. milk
  6. 1/2 tsp. salt
  7. dash of pepper

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni.
  2. Drain and rinse with hot water.
  3. Melt butter; blend in flour and add juice drained from salmon, plus enough milk to make 1 1/2 cups.
  4. Stir until sauce boils and thickens.
  5. Add salt, pepper and macaroni.
