Ham And Egg Pie



  1. 8 slices boiled ham or chicken
  2. 8 eggs
  3. salt and pepper
  4. ham or chicken broth
  5. biscuit dough for double crust


  1. Place 4 slices of ham in deep baking dish.
  2. Cover with thin crust of biscuit dough.
  3. Cover with broth.
  4. Place 4 slices of ham on dough.
  5. Break eggs and drop around on top of layer.
  6. Cover with top crust and bake in 300° to 350° oven until brown.
  7. Be sure to add plenty of broth.
