Ham And Egg Pie
- 8 slices boiled ham or chicken
- 8 eggs
- salt and pepper
- ham or chicken broth
- biscuit dough for double crust
- Place 4 slices of ham in deep baking dish.
- Cover with thin crust of biscuit dough.
- Cover with broth.
- Place 4 slices of ham on dough.
- Break eggs and drop around on top of layer.
- Cover with top crust and bake in 300° to 350° oven until brown.
- Be sure to add plenty of broth.
