Jerky

Ingredients

  1. 3 lb. lean beef or deer
  2. 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
  3. 1 c. soy sauce
  4. 4 tsp. soy sauce
  5. 4 tsp. Accent
  6. 4 tsp. seasoned salt
  7. 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  8. 4 tsp. onion powder
  9. 2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  10. 2 tsp. black pepper
  11. 1 tsp. sage

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients to dissolve.
  2. Cut meat into 3/8-inch strips and put in mixture, completely covered.
  3. Marinate for 24 hours.
  4. Take meat out and let drain.
  5. Put in oven across racks; bake at 150° for 6 to 8 hours.
  6. Store in airtight container. Will keep up to 2 years in refrigerator.
