Italian Style Chuck Steak

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef chuck steak
  2. 1 small onion
  3. 1 can Italian peeled tomatoes, drained and chopped
  4. 1 Tbsp. oregano
  5. 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  6. 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper flakes
  7. 2 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Trim excess fat from steak.
  3. Place in shallow glass baking dish with plenty of space around meat.
