Italian Style Chuck Steak
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef chuck steak
- 1 small onion
- 1 can Italian peeled tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Trim excess fat from steak.
- Place in shallow glass baking dish with plenty of space around meat.
