Sweet And Sour Spareribs(Serving Size: 8)
- 1 1/2 lb. spareribs, cut in 2-inch lengths
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
- 1/4 c. rice wine
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 2 slices fresh ginger root, minced
- Combine last 7 ingredients in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Add ribs; cover with plastic wrap and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
- Drain marinade from ribs and discard.
- Bake ribs at 375°, uncovered, for 1 hour.
