Sweet And Sour Spareribs(Serving Size: 8)

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 lb. spareribs, cut in 2-inch lengths
  2. 1/3 c. sugar
  3. 1/3 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
  4. 1/4 c. rice wine
  5. 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  6. 4 cloves garlic, minced
  7. 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
  8. 2 slices fresh ginger root, minced

Directions

  1. Combine last 7 ingredients in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Add ribs; cover with plastic wrap and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Drain marinade from ribs and discard.
  3. Bake ribs at 375°, uncovered, for 1 hour.
