Cheese Crackers



  1. 1 c. plain flour
  2. 1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
  3. 5 oz. sharp cheese, grated


  1. Mix all ingredients well and chill several hours or overnight. Roll thin and cut with small cookie cutter for round crackers or use a pizza cutter and cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
  2. Prick the center of each one before baking.
  3. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in center of oven at 325° for about 12 to 15 minutes.
  4. Remove to rack or paper towels to cool.
