Veal And Sour Cream



  1. 2 lb. boneless veal
  2. 1 onion
  3. 1/2 pt. sour cream
  4. salt to taste
  5. 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  6. 2 Tbsp. flour
  7. 1 tsp. paprika


  1. Place finely cut onion in cooking oil, frying until light brown.
  2. Stir in paprika.
  3. Cut meat in small pieces and put in skillet; sprinkle with salt.
  4. Cover and let steam, using low setting on stove.
  5. A little water may be added to keep from sticking.
  6. Let cook until tender.
  7. Take sour cream and 1/2 pint of water and flour; mix well with eggbeater.
  8. When meat is tender, pour in the mixture.
  9. Let it come to a boil.
  10. Good served with mashed potatoes.
