Low-Fat, No Sugar Cheesecake

Ingredients

  1. 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  2. 1/3 c. Sugar Twin or other substitute
  3. 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 1 ready to use graham cracker crust (6 oz. or 9-inch)

Directions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed until well blended.
  2. Add eggs; mix until blended.
  3. Pour mixture into crust.
  4. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes, or until center is almost set.
  5. Cool.
  6. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
