Souperburgers

Ingredients

  1. 1 can your favorite cream of soup
  2. 1 lb. ground beef
  3. 1/2 chopped onion
  4. 1 Tbsp. shortening
  5. 1 Tbsp. sandwich mustard
  6. dash of pepper
  7. 6 buns, split and toasted

Directions

  1. In skillet, brown beef and cook onion in shortening until tender.
  2. Stir to separate meat.
  3. Pour off fat.
  4. Add your favorite can of cream of whatever soup and the rest of the ingredients. Cook for five minutes; stirring every now and then.
  5. Serve on buns.
  6. Yields 6 soupburgers.
