- 3 chicken breasts, skinned and split
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 small can Mandarin oranges
- 1 (6 oz.) can juice pack pineapple chunks
- 3/4 c. combined juices (from drained fruit)
- Spray shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place chicken in dish.
- Combine all remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
- Cover; bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
