Chicken Tahitian

Ingredients

  1. 3 chicken breasts, skinned and split
  2. 1 envelope onion soup mix
  3. 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  4. 1 small can Mandarin oranges
  5. 1 (6 oz.) can juice pack pineapple chunks
  6. 3/4 c. combined juices (from drained fruit)

Directions

  1. Spray shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place chicken in dish.
  3. Combine all remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
  4. Cover; bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
  5. (One serving contains 207 calories and 27 calories from fat.)
  6. Serves 6.
