Chicken Fondesto



  1. 3 lb. chicken parts or cut up chicken
  2. 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  3. 3 Tbsp. milk
  4. 1/4 c. prepared mustard
  5. 1/2 c. honey
  6. 1 tsp. salt
  7. 1 Tbsp. curry powder or to taste


  1. Mix the milk, mustard, honey, salt and curry powder with the melted butter.
  2. Place the chicken parts in a baking dish and pour the mixture over the chicken, covering each piece thoroughly. Place in a 350° oven and bake until chicken is golden, about 1 hour.
  3. Baste the chicken with the glaze several times while baking.
  4. (Sauce can be doubled and refrigerated and it will keep indefinitely.)
