- 2 pkg. chicken pieces (4-5 lb.)
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1/4 tsp. all spice or pumpkin pie spice
- Mix all ingredients together, except chicken. Dip all chicken pieces into this mixture and place in glass baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator overnight. Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour to 1-1/2 hours. Baste 2 or 3 times, and turn chicken once during baking.
