Baked Ham Slice
- 1 large slice ham (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick)
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- milk (to nearly cover)
- Mix the brown sugar (loosely packed) and dry mustard together. Place the ham slice in a 2-inch deep baking dish or a cast-iron skillet.
- Sprinkle with the brown sugar and dry mustard. Pour enough milk around the ham to come nearly to the top.
- Bake at 350° for about an hour.
- Has a wonderful flavor.
