Chocolate Eclair Dessert



  1. 2 (3 oz.) boxes French vanilla instant pudding mix
  2. 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
  3. 1 can chocolate frosting
  4. graham crackers (whole)


  1. Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with whole graham crackers.
  2. Prepare pudding mix according to package directions.
  3. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour one-half of pudding mixture over crackers.
  4. Layer more crackers and the remaining pudding mixture.
  5. Top with another layer of crackers.
  6. Spread frosting on top, filling in the cracks between crackers to make it smooth.
  7. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
