Mexican Chicken

Ingredients

  1. 1 whole chicken, cooked and deboned
  2. 1 can cream of chicken soup
  3. 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  4. 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped
  5. 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  6. 1 small bag Doritos
  7. 1 c. milk
  8. 1 onion, chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°.
  2. In mixing bowl, mix soups, tomatoes, milk, onion and 6 tablespoons chicken broth.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Layer in Pyrex baking dish in this order:
  5. chips, chicken, soup mixture, chips, chicken, soup mixture, etc., then top with the grated cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
  6. Let set overnight in fridge before cooking.
