Traditional Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  1. 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  2. 2 c. cooked and mashed fresh pumpkin or 1 (16 oz.) can
  3. 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 1 tsp. cinnamon
  6. 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. In large bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Pour into shell. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350° and bake 35 minutes longer or until knife inserted near edge comes out clean. Cool. Refrigerate leftovers.
