Meat Pie



  1. 1 lb. ground beef
  2. 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
  3. 1 pie crust, unbaked
  4. salt and pepper to taste
  5. Cheddar cheese (optional)
  6. 1/2 small onion, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Brown ground beef and onion.
  3. Drain. Add can of soup to meat and onion, heat in skillet until soup is runny, then pour into pie crust.
  4. Top with cheese.
  5. Bake in oven until cheese is melted.
