Baked Pork Chops
- 4 pork chops
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- flour to cover pork chops
- Remove excess fat from chops; roll in flour (do not brown). Place in baking dish.
- Combine brown sugar, catsup and mustard. Put 1/4 mixture on each chop.
- Add water to come up 1/4 way of pork chops.
- Do not cover with water.
- Cover pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Uncover and continue baking 15 minutes to brown. Add more water as needed during baking.
