Baked Pork Chops



  1. 4 pork chops
  2. 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
  3. 1/2 c. catsup
  4. 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  5. flour to cover pork chops


  1. Remove excess fat from chops; roll in flour (do not brown). Place in baking dish.
  2. Combine brown sugar, catsup and mustard. Put 1/4 mixture on each chop.
  3. Add water to come up 1/4 way of pork chops.
  4. Do not cover with water.
  5. Cover pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
  6. Uncover and continue baking 15 minutes to brown. Add more water as needed during baking.
