- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Blend egg, milk and oil; set aside.
- In another bowl, combine dry ingredients.
- Add to wet ingredients and stir.
- You can add blueberries or just leave plain.
- Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full and bake in a 375° to 400° oven.
