Pie Crust

Ingredients

  1. 6 Tbsp. cold water
  2. 1 tsp. vinegar
  3. 1 egg, slightly beaten
  4. 3 c. flour
  5. 1 tsp. salt
  6. 1 1/4 c. shortening

Directions

  1. Sift flour and salt.
  2. Cut in shortening.
  3. Mix egg, water and vinegar.
  4. Add to flour mixture; stir with fork.
  5. Makes 5 crusts. Bake at 425°.
