Patty'S Potato Soup



  1. 6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  2. 1/4 c. chopped onions
  3. 1/4 c. milk
  4. 1 c. corn, drained
  5. 1 Tbsp. butter
  6. water


  1. Add potatoes, onions, corn and butter into a medium stewing pot filled halfway up with water.
  2. Cook on medium heat for approximately 60 minutes.
  3. Stir every 15 minutes and add water if needed to avoid scorching.
  4. When potatoes are soft to the touch, add milk and cook on low for approximately 15 minutes.
  5. Dish into bowls.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
