- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 small flat can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. minced green onion
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans (separate 1/2 c.)
- Soften cream cheese at room temperature. Combine ingredients and roll into the 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
