Japanese Fruit Pie

Ingredients

  1. 2 large eggs
  2. 1 c. granulated sugar
  3. 1 stick melted margarine
  4. 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  5. 1 tsp. vanilla
  6. 1/2 c. raisins
  7. 1/2 c. shredded coconut
  8. 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  9. 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions

  1. Mix together the first five ingredients.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes.
  4. Pie will not be firm when cooked, but will firm up.
  5. Makes 8 servings.
