Fudge Pie



  1. 1 stick butter
  2. 1 c. sugar
  3. 2 beaten eggs
  4. 1 tsp. vanilla
  5. 1/4 c. flour (plain)
  6. 1/4 c. cocoa


  1. Melt butter in pie pan and then pour in bowl. Add sugar and then eggs. Blend in vanilla and flour. Mix with cocoa. Pour in pie pan (buttered and floured). Bake in a 325° oven until set. Serve plain or with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Nuts may be added.
