- 3 boxes chopped broccoli, frozen
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 stick oleo, melted
- Cook frozen broccoli according to box directions.
- Drain well. Mix with soup, rice, mayonnaise and chestnuts.
- Pour into greased casserole dish and put crumbs that have been mixed with melted oleo on top.
- Bake 10 minutes at 375°.
- Serves 10.
