Beef Brisket

Ingredients

  1. 1 trimmed beef brisket
  2. 1/2 c. water
  3. 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
  4. 1/2 c. soy sauce
  5. 1/2 c. liquid smoke

Directions

  1. Simmer in covered pan on top of stove for 4 to 4 1/2 hours. Every hour, turn brisket over.
  2. Last hour, end with fat side down. Serve with broth from pan.
