Herbed Green Beans

Ingredients

  1. 2 lb. green beans
  2. 4 sprigs rosemary or 2 tsp. dried rosemary
  3. 1 sprig sage or 1/2 tsp. dried sage
  4. 1/4 c. olive oil
  5. 1 lemon
  6. 1 garlic clove, crushed
  7. salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Cut beans 1 1/2 to 2-inches.
  2. Steam them until tender.
  3. Chop the rosemary and sage.
  4. Mix together the herbs, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic in a small bowl.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
