- 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in own juice)
- 1 large box instant sugar-free pudding
- 1 (16 oz.) carton plain yogurt
- 1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
- Mix yogurt and pudding together.
- Add pineapple and mix well. Fold in Cool Whip.
- Cover and refrigerate.
